Anmol Mohara is a Drummer, Tabla player and Composer born & raised in Nepal and currently based in London. Anmol was the “U.K Young Drummer Of The Year 2017” and “Yamaha Future Beat 2018” winner. He has played with variety of people such as Nicolas Meier, Antoine Fafard, Gareth Lockrane, NYJO Academy big band, Nepalese Folk Symphony Orchestra, Ben Waters, Phil Meadows, Loz Speyer (Time Zone) and many more. Anmol has performed at the U.K Drum Show 2017 and the London Drum Show 2018 along with other various established venues in Nepal and the U.K.

Anmol’s music blends elements of traditional Nepali music, jazz and other groove based genres. Influenced by renowned artists/bands such as Trilok Gurtu, Oumou Sangare, Nitin Sawhney, Karim Ziad, Sergio Mandes, Nana Vasconcelos, Shakti, Joao Bosco, and others. He regularly performs with his own band and has performed at venues such as: Karamel N22, MAP Cafe, Cockpit Theatre (Jazz In The Round), Guildhall Basement Bar, Hidden Rooms in Cambridge.
